Welcome to the The Knights of St Columba, Province 27
The Knights of St Columba is the largest Catholic family fraternal service organization in the UK with five thousand members. It provides members and their families with volunteer opportunities in service to the Catholic Church, their communities, families and young people.
Provincial Council 27 of the Knights of St Columba is situated within the area of the Catholic Diocese of East Anglia; in the East of England. East Anglia Province has the honour to be the home of the Catholic National Shrine at Walsingham. The Province currently has six Councils located in the following areas. Council 206 Ipswich, Council 287 Cambridge, Council 313 Peterborough, Council 319 Kings Lynn, Council 518 Lowestoft and Council 534 Gt. Yarmouth & Gorleston.
The present Grand Knight or Chairman is Joseph Rodriguez and he can be contacted by email here. The Grand Knight normally holds Office for a period of three years but is required to submit to re-election each year during the three year period.
Representatives of the local Councils of Province 27 meet quarterly, at varying locations, throughout the Province.
